Cada vez que escucho este tema me pregunto qué tan avanzados somos. Nuestra especie avanzó muchísimo en el campo de la ciencia, pero dejando eso de lado creo que no progresamos mucho.

Seguimos destruyendo a nuestro planeta, seguimos matándonos unos a otros por razones estúpidas, seguimos teniendo esa tendencia egoísta y autodestructiva que adquirimos hace miles de años.

A nosotros no nos va a borrar del mapa un meteorito gigante, ni un volcán, ni una invasión extraterrestre [Como mostraban las películas de Hollywood hace unos años]... nos vamos a borrar nosotros mismos y eso creo que nos transforma en la peor creación de todas.

[EDIT: En realidad no pienso tan así, creo que hay una mayor concientización sobre el cuidado del medio ambiente, los derechos humanos y otros etcéteras... pero pienso que todavía no es suficiente]

[EDIT 2: Después de escuchar el tema de arriba, es recomendable escuchar "I believe in miracles" cantada por Eddie Vedder (o por sus autores, Los Ramones, como lo prefieran) para sacarse el pesimismo del tema anterior]
